Beginners

Learn the basics of Ashtanga Yoga with other beginners in this drop-in class!


Mysore

Enrollment required. Individual instruction is given as students learn and practice at their own pace. Questions may be asked and physical assistance is provided. New students receive direct, individual instruction. It is not necessary to have committed the sequence to memory. *Traveling ashtangis with a solid background in the Primary Series may drop-in to any class*


Led

A vigorous, verbally-led, Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series class. Led class emphasizes breath and steady, continuous movement called Vinyasa. Stamina, strength, flexibility, balance and coordination will be challenged. Quick questions may be addressed.
